1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and betjilly ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betjilly platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using betjilly and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between betjilly and all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which betjilly operates. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus offer communication, or other marketing content published by betjilly, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

betjilly is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered by betjilly. This age requirement is absolute and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

betjilly reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. If a player is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by betjilly, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any outstanding withdrawals will be held until the matter is resolved.

If betjilly determines that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage user will be retained and the matter referred to our internal compliance team. betjilly reserves the right to report underage gambling incidents to appropriate authorities where required.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using betjilly is lawful in your jurisdiction. betjilly makes no representation that its services are legal, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. Residents of certain countries or territories may be restricted from registering or playing. betjilly reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing accounts in jurisdictions where it determines that offering its services is inappropriate or legally uncertain.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one betjilly account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — are strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are detected, betjilly reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all open bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access betjilly's betting markets, casino games, and other services, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. betjilly strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. betjilly will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify betjilly support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@betjilly. betjilly accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their credentials appropriately or has shared them with a third party.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

betjilly operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with standard practices in the online gaming industry. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review threshold. betjilly reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betjilly supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi players. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. betjilly reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who wish to discuss higher deposit limits should contact the support team. betjilly reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, including for the purpose of responsible gaming compliance or fraud prevention.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as technically possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. betjilly reserves the right to impose a review period of up to 72 hours for withdrawals that trigger internal risk or compliance thresholds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. betjilly does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts that fail KYC verification.

4.3 Fees

betjilly does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, your bank, or card issuer — may apply its own transaction charges. betjilly is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions on betjilly are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. betjilly is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

betjilly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply only to the extent that they are more specific; these Terms govern in all other respects.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in. betjilly will not adjust wagering requirements retrospectively in favour of a player who has not read the applicable terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

betjilly operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour classified as bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to exploit a mathematical edge rather than for genuine entertainment; coordinating with other players to hedge bonus bets; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, betjilly reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the account without further notice.

5.3 Promotional Validity

All bonuses and promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation. betjilly will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on betjilly, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You further agree to treat other players and betjilly staff with respect at all times.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betjilly and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in betjilly's platform. Any player who discovers a technical error must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino, or other competitive formats.
• Attempting to launder money or use betjilly for any financial transaction that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or international anti-money-laundering standards.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Accessing betjilly from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited and misrepresenting your location using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language in any communication with betjilly staff or other players.

6.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that there is no strategy, system, or method that guarantees a positive return from any game of chance or skill offered on betjilly. You agree to gamble only with funds that you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account — including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 7 Account Suspension & Closure

betjilly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Circumstances under which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud; suspected money laundering; breach of these Terms; bonus abuse; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC; underage gambling; or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their betjilly account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@betjilly. Upon request, betjilly will process the closure and return any eligible balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses and the satisfactory completion of any pending KYC review.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe that gambling is causing harm to themselves or others may request a self-exclusion from betjilly. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the permanent closure of the account for a minimum exclusion period. During the exclusion period, betjilly will take reasonable steps to prevent the self-excluded player from opening a new account. Any attempt by a self-excluded player to register a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betjilly reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the account management policy in force at the time. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, players must contact the support team and complete any applicable KYC review.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on betjilly — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, icons, audio clips, and all other material — is the property of betjilly or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use betjilly solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of betjilly's content without the prior written consent of betjilly. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the betjilly platform is strictly prohibited. Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's licensing terms.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

betjilly provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjilly makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses, or that defects will be corrected. betjilly does not warrant that the results obtained from using the platform will meet your expectations.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjilly and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the betjilly platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if betjilly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 Force Majeure

betjilly shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond betjilly's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, betjilly's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

9.3 Third-Party Services

betjilly integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. betjilly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Any dispute arising from a third-party service must be addressed directly with that provider, though betjilly will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

10 Amendments to These Terms

betjilly reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects player rights or obligations — betjilly will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of betjilly following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using betjilly and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. betjilly will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms which can be provided upon request to the support team.
